ICSC's Student Member Advisory Committee (SMAC) is a group of select student members representative of our university connections.
SMAC members will spend the year providing ICSC with advice, insight and feedback on our student programs and resources. This is your opportunity to guide how ICSC supports the over 8,000 ICSC Student Members.
In our efforts to create a pipeline of new talent into the retail real estate industry, we need to hear from student leaders. ICSC will select an array of candidates from a pool of submitted applications each spring. Applications are closed for 2025 and will reopen Spring 2026.
ICSC will publish the application process to the general student membership. Only one (1) representative from a school will be eligible to participate in SMAC. Selections will occur each spring before ICSC LAS VEGAS. Terms to last one year and no longer than three terms. The committee will meet monthly to provide ICSC feedback.
Committee members will help guide student programming offered by the ICSC Foundation.
