The ICSC Foundation and ICSC Foundation Canada are the non-profit, charitable arms of ICSC dedicated to creating a vibrant retail and real estate industry by building a pipeline of bright, ambitious and diverse talent that can drive the industry forward.
Our industry is changing at rapid speed and we must create a more agile and engaged workforce. To attract and grow new talent that will help our members effectively compete with other business sectors, we have developed a network of support for incoming talent: the ICSC Talent Incubator Project.
Grounded in innovation and best practices, our Talent Incubator Project is a series of leading-edge initiatives offering undergraduate and graduate students multiple entry points to the retail real estate and retail industries, while providing ICSC members access to new, capable talent.
