Please apply for, or renew, your membership by filling out the membership application. Once processed, you will receive an email with your Member ID number and instructions on getting started. A welcome email will include information on setting up your profile, uploading a photograph, and other useful details so that you can hit the ground running.
Unfortunately, no, your organization must first be an ICSC member before you can join as an individual.
Your membership may have expired. It is easy to renew by going on to the ICSC.com homepage page and clicking the "Renew Membership" button under "Join". It’s also possible that you attended one or more of our events as a non-member. The number issued to you is not for an active account. To enjoy the full spectrum of benefits, you need simply apply.
To update personal information, go to the "My ICSC" page and click "Manage account." Once you have made appropriate edits, click "submit" at the bottom of the page.
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address or member number. We will email you a link to reset your password. If you have changed email addresses and no longer have access to the email address we have on file for you, please call +1 646 728 3800 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For many ICSC events, a photo badge is necessary. With a photo on file, you will not need to provide new pictures for future events. If you do not want your photo displayed online, go to the "My ICSC" page and click the box that tells us you do not want to display your photo publicly.
