ARGUS Certificate Training for Students
Student members can sign up for ARGUS training at a significantly reduced rate. This asset and portfolio management software helps manage property valuations, investments, portfolios and budgeting.
New for 2026: ARGUS Certificate Training will be available as a dynamic hybrid program that includes live virtual sessions.
About ICSC’s ARGUS Certificate Training
This program is design exclusively for ICSC Student Members and provides access to the industry-recognized ARGUS Enterprise certification at a discounted rate. Through the ARGUS Certificate Training program, students gain hands-on experience using financial modeling software widely used in the retail real estate industry, strengthening their technical and analytical skills. Participants build on their proficiency in key concepts such as rental increases, percentage rent and gross-up expenses, helping to elevate their overall understanding of real estate financial analysis.
ICSC is transforming the ARGUS Certificate Training experience with a hybrid-learning model designed for flexibility, engagement and understanding. With a twelve-week commitment, participants will have access to:
E-Learning Weekly Modules: Six modules designed to help develop your ARGUS skillset, complete with review questions and knowledge checks
Live Virtual Sessions: Three group sessions designed to deepen your understanding with the support of a knowledgeable facilitator
Important Dates, Cost & Details
The application* for this program will go live March 30–May 4, 2026. Training will begin June 8, 2026. The cost will be a flat rate of $450.
Applications for financial support grants must be submitted by April 12, 2026.
This ARGUS Certificate Training includes:
- Three full days (Saturdays) of virtual certification, 11:00 am–6:00 pm ET

These virtual sessions will not be recorded. Students are highly encouraged to attend all sessions. - Six e-learning modules

Eligibility
Participants must be ICSC Student Members at the time of registration.
All participants must demonstrate previous experience with financial modeling by submitting one of three documents in their application: college transcript, financial modeling course certificate, or letter of recommendation from an internship supervisor.
Any student member who completes ICSC Retail Real Estate Modeling powered by A.CRE will eligible for a $100 discount for ARGUS Certificate Training for Student through ICSC.
* Applications will be reviewed for eligibility and qualification. Only approved applicants will be notified regarding acceptance to the program.

Course materials and login credentials and access will be delivered via email by June 8.
