ARGUS Certificate Training for Students
Student members can sign up for ARGUS training at a significantly reduced rate. This asset and portfolio management software helps manage property valuations, investments, portfolios and budgeting.

ARGUS Enterprise Training
ICSC Foundation offers ICSC Student Members ARGUS Enterprise Training at a discounted price. This two-day virtual program takes place two days in May, August and December from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, and requires attendance on both days. This is an intensive commitment that would cost over $850 if registering on your own. With our early bird registration rate, the cost will be $450, and the advance rate will be $500.
Included with the cost of registration:
- Admission to the two-day virtual certification course provided by Altus
- Three months of access to ARGUS, starting with the course
- Access to take the certification exam one time during the three-month period following the course
- A digital training guide
Eligibility: All participants must demonstrate previous experience with financial modeling by submitting one of three documents in their application: college transcript, financial modeling course certificate, or letter of recommendation from an internship supervisor.
Any student member who completes ICSC Retail Real Estate Modeling powered by A.CRE will eligible for a $100 discount for ARGUS Certificate Training for Students through ICSC.
