Retail Real Estate Case Competitions

ICSC hosts two annual case competitions that create an avenue for undergraduate students to showcase their problem-solving skills by tackling challenging retail real estate scenarios.

Case competition team members work together to develop a strategy for addressing the issues assigned to them. They then present their solutions to a curated group of industry leaders and professionals. The highest scoring teams in these competitions win monetary awards, are recognized in Commerce + Communities Today, and more.

See below for information on the ICSC Foundation Case Competition and the ICSC & UNC Retail Real Estate Case Competition, followed by articles detailing past competitions and winning teams.
