This three-part self-directed program will take you through the process of developing a retail real estate project. Learn how to open and manage the property and create a strategic plan for continued success. Each section includes interviews with industry experts and innovative content that will help improve your understanding of the essentials of each topic with a library of optional online courses included in your purchase.

Registration Process

Upon completion of the registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail followed by login information within two (2) business days. Click on the link in the confirmation e-mail to register on our online learning platform Bridge. ICSC will send detailed information on the process for accessing Bridge.

Once your access to Bridge has been set up, the program is accessible at icsc.bridgeapp.com.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to
