Registration Fees*

Registration & Accommodation Process

Registration:

• Firms sending multiple delegates must register attendees individually.
• Conference registrations can be transferred to another attendee with no additional fee.
• Conference registration cancellation requests received on or before October 7, 2026, by 4:00 pm ET will be subject to a $100 fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received after October 7, 2026, by 4:00 pm ET. All requests must be received by ICSC in writing.

Accommodation:

• To book your hotel, you will need to first register for the conference. You will then receive a conference registration confirmation email, followed by an additional, separate email containing a custom link to book your hotel room at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes through onPeak. This link will be valid to book one room only under the name of the confirmed conference registrant. Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of registering for the conference.
• If you choose to book your hotel at a later date, please refer to your confirmation email to access the housing link. 
• Note: the cut-off date to book your room is September 18, 2026.
• Hotel cancellation policy: Rooms at the JW Marriott Orlando must be canceled five days prior to arrival. Any time after that, a penalty will be incurred. Please consult your hotel booking confirmation for more information.
• Notice to all ICSC Members: Please be advised that ICSC will only contact you through OnPeak, ICSC's official hotel provider. Any other email or phone solicitations offering hotel bookings are unauthorized and should be disregarded as spam notices.

***Get-Together (Optional Event)

To sign up, select and add this option to cart during registration. If you have already registered for ICSC+U.S. LAW, select “Session Registration” on the top right of the event page then select the optional event(s) and add to cart. Note: You must be logged into your ICSC account.

Golf Tournament  •  1:00 pm 

• Cost
  $200 per person includes golf, green fees, transportation to and from JW Marriott Grande Lakes and lunch
• Foursome Requests
  To request a foursome, email Ryan Rivera
  Include the names and companies for all players. All participants must be registered for the conference before submitting a request.
• Golf Club Rentals
  To reserve rental clubs, email icscuslaw@icsc.com.
  Rental fee: $69 per person, payable on-site at the course.  

Your Privacy Is Our Priority
ICSC does not sell its attendee lists, and no third party is authorized to distribute or sell any attendee lists related to our events. Should you receive any solicitations offering such lists, we encourage you to block the sender, delete the email and report scammers to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission fraud division.

Event Conduct
Additionally, the goal of ICSC events is to provide a welcoming, congenial atmosphere for Marketplaces Industry professionals to connect with peers, conduct business and learn more about relevant topics. As a reminder, we expect all attendees and exhibitors at ICSC events to treat fellow attendees, speakers, service providers and the ICSC team with the utmost respect. We do not tolerate disruptive, harassing, hateful or harmful language or conduct including name calling or otherwise provoking an individual regarding a particular topic, specifically as it relates to non-business issues.
