Register Now for the ICSC 2025 Federal Fly-In

December 4, 2024

ICSC members will assemble in Washington, DC, in March for the 36th annual Federal Fly-In, ICSC’s premier advocacy event.

During the program attendees participate in educational sessions and networking events prior to meetings with legislators, which will take place Wednesday, March 26.  The Federal Fly-In is open to all ICSC members, even those with no previous experience lobbying on ICSC issues.

“We make sure all attendees have the information they need to feel completely comfortable talking with their elected officials, and we try to pair new attendees with Fly-In ‘veterans’ whenever possible,” said Betsy Laird, ICSC’s EVP of Government Relations & Public Policy. “There will be multiple bills before the 119th Congress that could dramatically impact our members, particularly tax issues such as carried interest like-kind exchanges and pass-through deductions. It is more important than ever for us to continue to educate Congressional offices on the issues facing our industry and our communities.”

“My favorite event, hands down, is the ICSC Federal Fly-In,” Neil Robinette, ICSC Carolinas GR Chair said. “In addition to the unique opportunity to meet with Representatives and Senators, the takeaways from this event are meaningful, and the work we do to advance our industry’s interests is extremely fulfilling.”
