The St. Joe Co. is proposing an outdoor lifestyle town center here to be called the Watersound Origins. A 48,000-square-foot Publix (which will include a deli, a bakery, a pharmacy and a liquor store) is to anchor the 250,000-square-foot center. Criterion Development is planning a 224,000-square-foot redevelopment of the Daniel Boone Village. The 16 proposed four-story buildings will have apartments or condominiums on their upper floors. GW Properties has plans for a 62,500-square-foot, four-building shopping center to be called Willows Crossing. The project, scheduled for a spring 2021 opening, will offer a First Watch café, a Mission BBQ and a roughly 35,000-square-foot grocery store. Connect Chicago

Jacksonville, Fla.
Morocco Temple Association is transforming the nearly 37-acre Morocco Shrine Auditorium property. As many as 1,000 multifamily units will surround a 100,000-square-foot temple building, which is to encompass some 40,000 square feet for educational use; about 30,000 square feet for retail, food and grocery; some 15,000 square feet for fitness uses; 10,000 square feet of common area; and 5,000 square feet for a movie theater.
