ICSC PAC hosts first Law Conference event

November 1, 2019

On October 24, 2019 long-time ICSC PAC supporters, Brian Huben, Ken Lamy and Paul Magy joined new ICSC PAC Board member Ryan Rivera to host the first ICSC PAC event at the U.S. Law Conference.

Attendees networked at the San Diego Marina and discussed industry issues including the upcoming California Split Roll ballot initiative, which would upend Proposition 13, the residential and commercial property tax linkage that has been in effect since 1978.

ICSC Federal PAC is the political voice of ICSC. It pools voluntary contributions from ICSC members to support the reelection campaigns of Representatives and Senators who advance the interests of the retail real estate industry on Capitol Hill. ICSC PAC utilizes its resources to foster relationships with Members of Congress, providing ICSC with an opportunity to influence policies that will impact your bottom line.

ICSC PAC has a full schedule of events for contributors, offering specialty networking events at ICSC conferences that provide opportunities to make your next deal and help protect your bottom line from harmful decisions made in Washington, DC.
