Help Shape the Future of UNLV’s 42-Acre Property

March 18, 2026

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites you to participate in a Real Estate Industry Listening Session to share input on the future development of approximately 42 acres of university-owned land near Tropicana Avenue and Koval Lane, in close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip. Participants will engage with UNLV as we shape a long-term vision for the property and prepare for an upcoming request for proposal.

Topics will include UNLV’s goals and priorities, short- and long-term development considerations, developer insights and ideas, and next steps. The property is subject to applicable development reviews, codes and requirements. Additional details are available on the UNLV Real Estate website.

Two sessions are available: March 26 and April 16, both at 3 p.m. PDT. Participants may attend in person on UNLV’s Maryland campus or virtually. Registration is required.

Your input is essential to shaping a development that will benefit UNLV and Southern Nevada for generations.
