Member Directory FAQs

Go to the Member Directory page. If you have a specific person or company you are looking for, then you can use the search fields available. If you are looking for a list of people or companies to contact, use the Filters to narrow down the list. If you are a member, but have not already signed on, you will be asked to do so before you can use the membership directory.

Once you have selected the advanced filters you need and clicked "Filter Results," you should see the people who work for the companies you are looking for. To show only the companies, just click the "Show Only Companies" link at the top of the search results list to see just the companies. You can revert back to viewing individuals by clicking the same link, which will now be labeled "Show Members."

If you are a new member or just renewed after a lapse in membership, it may take up to a day after your membership registration/renewal to appear in the directory listing. If you have just registered for an event today, it may also take up to a day to appear on the event attendee list. If you are not a new member/registrant, please make sure that you have not elected to be excluded from all directories on your Manage Account page. 

The directory will only list active members. It is possible that the member's membership has lapsed, and they will not appear in the directory again until they renew. If you met at one of our events, you will still be able to find them using the Attendee List search for that event. Also, please make sure that you are typing the person's name correctly. They may be registered as a member under a different name: a member may have changed his/her last name, used a nickname, or go by two different last names. 

The directory will only list active member companies. It is possible that the company's membership has lapsed, and they will not appear in the directory again until they renew. If you met one of their representative members at one of our events, you will still be able to find them using the Attendee List search for that event. Also, please make sure that you are typing the company name correctly. A company may also be listed under their parent company or a subsidiary, or may have changed names recently.
