“Demographics don't really tell you anything about people except what you can see,” proclaimed, Valuegraphics founder David Allison. In this episode of The Small Business Show from America’s Small Business Network, he explained what he calls valuegraphics, which categorizes individuals based on their internal motivators and beliefs. It offers small businesses a more accurate understanding of their customers and their customers’ preferences than traditional demographics do, he said.
