Pop stars to promote Westfield’s brand expansion into Europe

September 6, 2019

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield announced that it will promote its Westfield brand in mainland Europe through a series of musical performances, starting this month.

Westfield is putting its moniker on 10 flagship retail destinations. In France the name will be added to Carré Sénart, Euralille, Forum des Halles, Les Quatre Temps, Parly 2, Rosny 2 and Vélizy 2. The Westfield name is also to be tacked onto to Arkadia (in Warsaw, Poland), Centrum Chodov (Prague, Czech Republic) and Mall of Scandinavia (Stockholm, Sweden).

Retail Gazette reports that performances will begin with such artists as John Legend and Rita Ora. Westfield is anticipating that some 25,000 people will attend.
