Tanger Outlets appointed Michael Bilerman as executive vice president, chief investment officer and CFO. Starting in the fourth quarter, Bilerman will manage the finance, capital markets and investor relations teams and lead the company’s capital allocation and investment committees. He will report to president and CEO Stephen Yalof. Bilerman most recently worked as managing director at Citi, leading the global real estate investment research franchise while managing the U.S. real estate and lodging team. He started his career at Goldman Sach in investment banking and equity research.
