Space is Limited: Register Now for the ICSC 2026 Federal Fly-In

February 12, 2026

ICSC members will assemble in Washington, DC, in April for the 37th annual Federal Fly-In, ICSC’s premier advocacy event.

Key issues before this Congress include legislation to combat Organized Retail Crime (ORC), extension of the terrorism risk insurance program and bills supporting retail real estate redevelopment.

During the program attendees will participate in educational sessions and networking events prior to meetings with legislators, which will take place Wednesday, April 22.  The Federal Fly-In is open to all ICSC members, even those with no previous experience lobbying on ICSC issues.

“We ensure every attendee is fully equipped with the information they need to confidently engage with their elected officials, and whenever possible, we pair first-time participants with experienced Fly-In veterans,” said Moutray McLaren, executive vice president of ICSC’s Office of Government Relations & Public Policy. “With multiple bills expected before the 119th Congress that could significantly affect our members, it’s more important than ever that we continue educating Congressional offices about the challenges facing our industry and the communities we serve.”
