New Chief Revenue Officer at Franklin Street

August 22, 2024

Commercial real estate services firm Franklin Street has hired Jess Johnson as chief revenue officer. The move is part of company efforts to evolve from a regional firm to a national one. Franklin Street also has added 34 “senior-level producers” and its first chief marketing officer, Monetha Cobb, over the past two years, it said.

Franklin Street said he plans to expand data and technology use in decisionmaking and in creating value for its clients. Previously, Johnson served as global head of enterprise partnerships for real estate tech company HqO, and before that, he was executive vice president at Savills.
