Madrid-based multinational real estate company Neinver has named Darrell Dundas retail manager and Tessa Morsink marketing manager, both at Amsterdam The Style Outlets, which is scheduled to open this fall.
Dundas was a retail executive with McArthurGlen before joining Neinver. Now he will be responsible for maximizing the retail performance of brand partners within the center.
Morsink comes to Neinver after having served as a senior marketing manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where she oversaw the marketing strategy of that firm’s Dutch portfolio.
Amsterdam The Style Outlets will offer 115 retail units across 19,000 square meters (roughly 204,500 square feet), including 1,000 square meters set apart for restaurants and dining. Neinver says that half the structural works are already completed and that building facades are visible.
