Jack Hargrove and Cooper Spaeth have joined ICSC as summer interns and will be assisting the Office of Government Relations & Public Policy in Washington, D.C.
Hargrove graduated from Dartmouth College in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in economics. He is primarily assisting Phillips Hinch, ICSC vice president for tax policy, with research. In the future, Hargrove hopes to work on economic issues in government or with a campaign or advocacy group.
Spaeth is a rising sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in political science and economics. He is working on a variety of projects related to organized retail crime (ORC) and fiscal issues. After graduation, Spaeth plans to pursue job opportunities in commercial real estate.
