Job search website Indeed has come under fire due to changes in how it charges employers for connecting with job seekers. Though Indeed has marketed the changes as better for small businesses — allowing them to choose which job applications to review and to pay only for the ones they liked — it has caused confusion and unexpected costs for many business owners. The Wall Street Journal talked through the issues many small business owners are experiencing and the changes Indeed is rolling out to minimize the fallout.
