One of Delaware’s oldest retail centers is getting a makeover. Prices Corner shopping center is undergoing redevelopment to subdivide the 200,000-square-foot space previously occupied by Sears, which closed in April 2018, to make way for a collection of smaller stores. Delaware News Journal

Completion of the 136,000-square-foot Waikoloa Plaza is scheduled for this fall. Tenants will include Ace Hardware, Aloha Petroleum, Fitness Forever, Foodland and Popeyes. The former Macy’s anchor store in the Waterfront shopping center is being converted into class-A office space for two tenants that will occupy 90 percent of the former department store. Macy’s operated at the site for roughly a decade, closing in 2018 when the owners of the shopping complex bought the building. Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
