ShopRite will move into part of a former Price Chopper anchor at Tri-City Plaza, occupying 99,000 square feet of the store. TJX Cos.' HomeSense will move into the remaining 27,000 square feet. Patch

Fort Gatlin Shopping Center is adding on a 40,000-square-foot brewery and food hall. The development team also plans to convert a 4,000-square-foot parking lot behind the center into a green space with picnic tables. Orlando Sentinel

Fort Wayne, Ind.
Developers want to add a four-level Superhost hotel to the Village at Coventry shopping center. The 180,000-square-foot hotel would occupy part of the property’s existing parking lot. The Journal Gazette
