ICSC’s Abby Jagoda and Morgan Wortham Receive Awards for Influence in Public Policy and Community Advancement

May 5, 2026

Washingtonian magazine has named Abby Jagoda, senior vice president of public policy in the ICSC Office of Government Relations & Public Policy, as one of 2026’s 500 Most Influential People in Policy. “Jagoda has turned 50,000 shopping center owners and developers into a political force — securing bipartisan wins on tax, land-use and redevelopment policies that she claims drive billions in U.S. investment, the magazine wrote.

And GlobeSt has named Morgan Wortham, ICSC director of membership support for Community Advancement, among its Women of Influence 2026 in the Consultant/Advisor/Independent Professional category.
