ICSC Hosts UC Real Estate Students

November 18, 2022

More than one dozen students from the University of Cincinnati visited the ICSC Global Public Policy office this month to learn more about the Marketplaces Industry’s advocacy and education efforts. The event was coordinated by UC Real Estate Center Executive Director Carl Goertemoeller, an ICSC member and past trustee.

The students met with ICSC’s Global Public Policy and Foundation teams to discuss the history of ICSC’s Washington, DC office, the current political landscape, tax policies, organized retail crime, environmental issues, ICSC PAC, scholarships, internships and mentoring.

The meeting was followed by a reception for UC Alumni.
