The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s CO publication recently highlighted practical steps — such as analyzing Google reviews with AI, using free chatbots to refine marketing and hiring, and tapping into built-in AI features from platforms like Google Ads and Constant Contact — to save time, improve visibility and compete more effectively on Small Business Saturday and beyond.
