Increasing Industry Representation and Visibility

Our ICSC Women in CRE initiative focuses on supporting women across the entire industry—from leasing and development to marketing, operations, and technology.

This initiative is about more than driving industry participation by women—it’s about championing their advancement and retention by:

• Expanding access to high-impact networking opportunities to help women build meaningful relationships that drive careers and business forward
• Delivering practical, immediately applicable, career insights—from building executive presence to navigating leadership transitions
• Creating space for honest and intentional conversations about the challenges women face and how we, as an industry, can address them together

ICSC+WOMEN IN CRE Event

Our inaugural ICSC+WOMEN IN CRE event at ICSC LAS VEGAS 2026 was an incredible success and immediately demonstrated overwhelming support for future women’s programming. The one-day event included:

• Day-long programming featuring six women-focused engagement opportunities, including panels, roundtable discussions, a fireside chat, and networking events
• 900+ attendees at ICSC+WOMEN IN CRE sessions
• 65+ expert women speakers
