My Account FAQs

If you don't know your password, you can:

  • On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address or member number. This will send an email from login@icsc.com with a link to reset your password. The link in that email expires after 2 hours and is one-time use only, so if you need to reset your password again, you will need to get another email sent.
  • Click on “Login without a password”. This will send an email from login@icsc.com with a link to automatically login without resetting or entering a password. The link in that email expires after 2 hours and is one-time use only, so if you need to log in again, you will need to get another email sent.
  • Contact us and we will email you a link to reset your password. If you have changed email addresses and no longer have access to the email address we have on file for you, please call our Membership Team at +1 844 728 ICSC (US/Canada Toll Free) / +1 646 728 3800 (Worldwide) or email membership@icsc.com.

If you have requested a password reset email or login email but it has not arrived in your inbox, spam folder, or email filtering platform, please ask your IT team to confirm that emails from icsc.com are whitelisted.

Online renewals can take as long as 1 business day in certain instances. If you have renewed your membership via fax or mail, it can take up to three business days. If it has been longer than this, please contact our Membership Team at +1 844 728 ICSC (US/Canada Toll Free) / +1 646 728 3800 (Worldwide) or membership@icsc.com.

To update personal information, log in and go to My ICSC, linked at the top of each page. Then, use the menu on the left of Your My ICSC Dashboard to find options for editing your profile information, updating your password, your billing and more.

For members to update the below fields, they must email membership@icsc.com for an ICSC representative to assist:

  • First and Last name
  • Company Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Designations
  • Membership Tenure
  • Primary Business Type

Name and company change requests must be made in writing. Please email this request to membership@icsc.com. To change the name of a company, the Official Member of the company must send this request.

If you would like to remove a photo from your profile, please go to the "My ICSC" page, and check the box that reads: "Please do not display my photo in ICSC published materials or make available for others to view on the ICSC web site". Auto-Renew and Secure Online Credit Card Storage

 

Auto-renew means your ICSC membership will be conveniently renewed annually using the credit card that is securely stored in your ICSC member profile.

By securely storing your card credit information in your member profile, registering for ICSC events and renewing your membership will be easier than ever.

You will receive an email from ICSC 20 days prior to the expiration of your membership term notifying you of your renewal term date. The credit card stored in your profile will be charged 15 days prior to the expiration of your membership term. An email receipt of your membership transaction will be provided to you for your records. To see if you are currently enrolled in auto-renew, go to the Auto-Renew page in My ICSC.

You can opt-out of auto-renew by unchecking the ‘auto-renew’ box just below the credit card information section on the cart payment page, by clicking “Opt Out of Auto-Renew” on the Auto-Renew page in MyICSC, or by contacting our Membership Team at membership@icsc.com for assistance.

To update your payment information and avoid disruption in your member benefits and services, please go to the “Edit Billing” section in My ICSC, then “Payment Preferences”. You can add or remove saved cards. You may also contact our Membership Team at membership@icsc.com for assistance.

Yes. ICSC is 100% committed to ensuring the safety and security of Personal Identifiable Information (PII), which includes your credit card information. ICSC leverages Stripe, the industry leader in payment processing, for credit card storage and all financial transactions. ICSC is audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is PCI DSS compliant.

The Payment History page has a record of all transactions from the last 5 years. This includes membership purchases, event registrations, donation history, and certification history.

To see a receipt for any transaction, click “View/Print Receipt” to the right.
