Despite COVID-19, average spending among U.S. holiday shoppers will increase in 2020, and a majority of these shoppers will make in-store purchases. Join us to look at when and how consumers will shop during the holiday season. We have taken ICSC survey data and analyzed consumer behavior to determine where shoppers plan to make purchases, how safety precautions will affect consumer decisions, and when the majority of shoppers plan to complete their shopping.
