A Conversation With the Competition Bureau on the Changes to the Competition Act and the Impact on Commercial Leases
This discussion is a continuation of the conversation on the recent changes to the Competition Act at ICSC+CANADIAN LAW 2025. Join Daniel Jensen, a Major Case Director of the Competition Bureau, for an overview of the Bureau’s updated property control enforcement guidelines.
