This webinar has passed. ICSC members may access the recorded webinar under Presentations below.

According to recent surveys, nearly 40% of black-owned and 32% of Latinx-owned small businesses have shuttered as a result of the economic impacts of COVID-19. Moreover, nearly 90% of minority- and women-owned small businesses are presently shut out of initial PPP funding. It’s clear that shopping centers across the country with small business tenants may soon face even greater challenges. Learn what you can do — from practical tips to tapping into community agencies — to better support minority- and women-owned tenants through this challenging time and make a positive impact on the future.
