• LM Commercial Real Estate hired Amy Hall, CRX,  CLS, SCD, as senior vice president of organization and people. Hall has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience and will lead an aggressive expansion of the firm’s brokerage division in the Chicago area.  In the new position, she will oversee recruitment of new brokers, as well as training, performance management and strategic planning for the company. The firm currently serves the Chicago metro and northwest Indiana area with more than 150 assignments. Most recently, Hall was senior director of local leasing for Barrington, Ill.–based GK Development.

• Kenneth J. Marshall joined Olshan Properties as head of retail, a new position at the firm. He will work in the company’s Columbus, Ohio office and have responsibility for the firm’s 10 million square feet of retail properties. Marshall most recently worked at retail REIT WP Glimcher as vice president of development.  Prior to that, Marshall was executive vice president at Colonial Properties Trust.
