Dick’s Sporting Goods
The Pennsylvania-based sporting-goods chain plans to sell eight Field & Stream stores — in Michigan, New York, North Carolina and Pennsylvania — to Utah-based Sportsman’s Warehouse Holdings for $28 million. Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Lake
Upscale pajama brand Lake will open a store at a Whole Foods–anchored shopping center in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. The retailer operates one other brick-and-mortar store, in Charleston, S.C. Atlanta Business Chronicle

Lululemon Athletica
The athletics-apparel retailer will shut the last seven stores in its portfolio of Ivivva children’s stores. In 2017 Lululemon announced that it was shuttering nearly 50 Ivivva stores and moving the business primarily online. The brand was launched about a decade ago. CNBC

Macy’s
The company says it will close and sell its landmark building in downtown Seattle, effective February 2020. Fox Business

Pier 1 Imports
Home-decor chain Pier 1 Imports says a $100 million second-quarter loss will cause the closures of at least 70 of its 951 stores by the end of the fiscal year, atop the 22 already shut this year. NJ Advance Media

WSS
This fast-growing, California-based urban athletics specialty chain has grown to 84 stores and is aiming for about 100 in total by the end of next year. The company has expanded more aggressively into Arizona, Nevada and Texas and is aiming for about $350 million in annual sales. Yahoo

Wawa
Pennsylvania-based Wawa is expanding throughout Northern Virginia. The convenience-store and fuel chain has plans for 40 new stores across Fairfax County and the Northern Virginia area. The first of these is to open in Vienna, Va., in April. WUSA9

Yeti
Outdoors-gear brand Yeti opened its first Chicago store, a 4,900-square-foot unit in the Wicker Park neighborhood. REJournals
