Donahue Schriber Realty Group acquired two grocery-anchored centers: the 172,400-square-foot Lakeshore Plaza, in San Francisco (a Lucky supermarket is among its anchors), and the 126,300-square-foot Antioch (Calif.) Crossings neighborhood center (Safeway is the anchor).

YAM Properties acquired the Shops at Norterra, a Phoenix restaurant and shopping complex with Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods and a Harkins cinema as anchors, from RED Development.

LBX Investments acquired Oakbrook Station, a 138,200-square-foot center in Summerville, S.C., with a Lowes Foods anchor, from an affiliate of Greenville, S.C.–based RealtyLink. Stan Johnson Co. handled the deal.

$19.2 million
Sentre, Inc., of San Diego, acquired the San Marcos (Calif.) Village, a neighborhood center that AutoZone, 99 Cents Only and other tenants occupy, from a San Diego–based partnership. CBRE represented both parties.

A private investor acquired a two-tenant, 1.5-acre retail property in Maple Grove, Minn. Bank of America and Crave American Kitchen & Sushi Bar occupy the property. The deal bore a cap rate of 5.66 percent and amounted to $831 per square foot. Hanley Investment Group represented the seller, OneCorp of David, Fla., while Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the buyer.

A private investor bought a 35,000-square-foot building in Caldwell, Texas, leased to Walmart. The Boulder Group represented the seller, an unidentified real estate company.

A Las Vegas–based company acquired the Niles (Mich.) Plaza, a 15,100-square-foot, fully occupied center, from a seller that Marcus & Millichap represented.

A living trust acquired a nearly 900-square-foot building leased to Black Rock Coffee Bar in Glendale, Ariz., from Scottsdale, Ariz.–based Dos Compadres 67th, LLC. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
