Gazit Horizons, a subsidiary of Gazit-Globe, bought Marketplace Center (pictured above), a 62,000-square-foot retail building that houses American Eagle Outfitters, Banana Republic and Gap, among others, and which is located next to Quincy Market, in downtown Boston.

$31.5 million
An unidentified investor acquired Borel Square Shopping Center, a 96,700-square-foot, almost fully leased neighborhood center in San Mateo, Calif., anchored by CVS Pharmacy and 24 Hour Fitness. HFF represented the undisclosed seller.

$9.3 million
A private 1031 exchange buyer acquired a single-tenant property in Sugar Land, Texas, net-leased to 24 Hour Fitness. The Boulder Group represented the seller, a Texas-based private partnership.

A subsidiary of East Meadow, N.Y.–based United Properties Corp. bought River West Center, a 105,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in Milwaukee whose tenants include Office Depot, Ross Dress for Less and Walgreens, from an affiliate of Westmont, Ill.–based Tri-Land Properties.

$8.2 million
A Fall River, Mass.–based company identified as 1276 Bald Hill Road, LLC, acquired Summit Square, a 135,200-square-foot shopping center in Warwick, R.I., from U.S. National Bank. Chili’s Grill & Bar; PetSmart; Pier 1 Imports and Staples anchor the property. The buyer operates indoor entertainment concepts. KeyPoint Partners LLC negotiated the transaction.

$6 million
A private investor based in Los Angeles bought two fully occupied multitenant pads totaling nearly 14,000 square feet at a Walmart Supercenter property in Lancaster, Calif. Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors represented the sellers: The Niki Group, of San Diego, and Wood Investments Cos., of Costa Mesa, Calif. The buyer's representative was Los Angeles–based Realtex Properties.

Nena Grove Lane, LLC, bought the Atlee Square shopping center, a 43,000-square-foot property in Mechanicsville, Va. The property is fully occupied, with Dollar General and Habitat for Humanity ReStores among its seven national and regional tenants. Neuman Commercial Group represented the seller, Atlee Retail Center Associates, while Chesterfield Commercial Realty stood in for Nena Grove Lane.

Private investors Jonathan and Barbara Szpilka acquired the Shops at Windsor Square, in suburban Charlotte, N.C., from PMP JL, LLC. The Shopping Center Group represented the seller.
