SBV–Fox River, an affiliate of Walled Lake, Mich.–based Etkin Co., acquired The Shoppes at Fox River, a 467,000-square-foot mall in the Milwaukee suburb of Waukesha, Wis., from Farmington Hills, Mich.–based RPT Realty. Hobby Lobby, Pick ’n Save, Ross Dress for Less and Target are anchors.

Larsen Baker worked through an affiliate to acquire Manzanita Plaza, a 116,400-square-foot, Safeway-anchored retail center in Tucson, Ariz., from Community Centers of America-Glendale. Some outparcels are leased to Chase, KFC and McDonald’s. Bernstein Murphy represented the seller.

A private investor bought a brand-new, 2,600-square-foot building in Barstow, Calif., leased to Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. The sale of the building plus the drive-through amounted to $1,000 per square foot. Hanley Investment Group represented the seller, a private investor. Los Angeles–based Realtex Properties represented the buyer.

Industrial Commercial Properties, of Solon, Ohio, bought a former Sears (115,000 square feet), a vacant Sears Auto Center (22,000 square feet) outparcel and a Red Lobster restaurant (8,500 square feet), at Midway Mall, in Elyria, Ohio, from Sears Roebuck & Co.

CRE Strategic Investments acquired a 25,000-square-foot building in a Tucson, Ariz., shopping center occupied by a fitness center and a dialysis provider. Commercial Retail Advisors represented the seller, Safco Capital.
