Bethesda, Md.–based Finmarc Management acquired Largo Town Center, a 280,000-square-foot retail property in Upper Marlboro, Md., from Site Centers. The fully occupied center’s 35 tenants include Dollar Tree, DressBarn, Marshalls and Shoppers Food Warehouse.

New Market Properties, a subsidiary of Atlanta-based Preferred Apartment Communities, acquired Gayton Crossing, a 158,000-square-foot property in Richmond, Va., from Regency Centers and an affiliate of First Washington Realty. The center is occupied by Goldfish Swim School, Gold’s Gym and JoS. A. Bank, among others. A Kroger grocery store on the site was not part of the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield represented the sellers.

Alto Real Estate Funds acquired Northpoint Shopping Center, a 115,900-square-foot, grocery-anchored center in Cape Coral, Fla., occupied by Aldi, Bed Bath & Beyond, Five Below, Michaels, PetSmart and others.

A Los Angeles–based 1031 exchange buyer acquired a 69,100-square-foot building in Elgin, Ill., occupied by a Jewel Osco from a private real estate investment firm based in the Southwest. There are 19 years left on the lease. The Boulder Group represented both the seller and the buyer.

A Midwest-based 1031 exchange investor acquired a 59,900-square-foot building in Barrington, Ill., net-leased to a Jewel Osco from a private real estate investment firm based in the Southwest. The Boulder Group handled the sale.

Namdar Realty Group bought the 677,200-square-foot, Target-anchored Enfield (Conn.) Square from an unknown seller in an online auction handled by Ten-X.

A Los Angeles–based investor acquired a freestanding property in Fontana, Calif., leased to Jack in the Box from Adler Realty Investments, of Woodland Hills, Calif. Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors represented Adler.

An Austin, Texas, private investor acquired a 2,600-square-foot building in Georgetown, Texas, triple-net-leased to Bush’s Chicken. Hanley Investment Group represented the seller. The price represented a cap rate of 6.67 percent.
