Chelsea Pacific Group purchased Marin Square, an 11-acre mixed-use site in San Rafael, Calif., from Sutter Health. The property is largely vacant, except for a Payless shoe store, a Ross clothing store and a Subway sandwich shop. Cushman & Wakefield represented Sutter Health.

An unidentified investor acquired Houma (La.) Shopping Center from Viking Partners. The 204,900-square-foot, fully leased power center has anchors HomeGoods, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Marshalls, Office Depot, Petco and Planet Fitness. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler marketed the property on behalf of the seller and arranged financing for the purchaser.

Largo, Fla., investor Ben Mallah acquired a Tampa, Fla., center near the Raymond James Stadium that is home to an Ashley furniture store and other tenants. The seller was a company associated with investment fund Third Lake Capital.

Morrison Investment Group bought Statesboro (Ga.) Crossing, a 155,200-square-foot regional power center anchored by Books-A-Million, Hibbett Sports, Hobby Lobby, Olive Garden, Petco, T.J.Maxx and Ulta Beauty, from CBL Properties. Marcus & Millichap represented CBL.

PacWest Management acquired Northridge (Calif.) Promenade, an 89,500-square-foot center anchored by a Guitar Center store and about 25 other tenants, through the Ten-X online auction platform. Cushman & Wakefield represented seller LNR Partners, a commercial-mortgage company.

Benderson Development Co. acquired a 44,300-square-foot former Toys 'R' Us and Babies 'R' Us store in California, straddling Emeryville and Oakland.

Sterling Organization acquired Union Plaza, a 98,700-square-foot, grocery-anchored center in Phoenix, from a private investor. The center is 99 percent occupied and has a 56,600-square-foot Fry’s Food & Drug anchor.

Retail Value Inc., a DDR Corp. spinoff, sold Brandon Boulevard Shoppes, an 89,000-square-foot center in Valrico, Fla., anchored by a Dollar Tree and an LA Fitness. The buyer was not identified.
