Transactions — Who’s paying how much for what

• An affiliate of Abrams Realty & Development paid Urban Edge Properties $55.3 million for MacArthur Commons, a 371,900-square-foot, grocery-anchored power center in Allentown, Pa. The center is fully leased to a Giant supermarket, along with national anchors Big Lots, Burlington, Dick’s Sporting Goods and T.J.Maxx. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller and helped secure financing for the buyer.

• An unidentified local investor paid Edison I, LLC, $53 million for Festival Plaza, a redeveloped, 152,000-square-foot center in Edison, N.J., anchored by H Mart. CBRE represented the seller.

• A company formed by CP Retail, of Santa Monica, Calif., paid $51.4 million for SanTan Village Marketplace, a 285,600-square-foot regional center in Gilbert, Ariz., tenanted by Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Marshalls, Office Max and Old Navy, among others. Cushman & Wakefield represented the unidentified seller.

• Tropicana Square LLC paid Weingarten Realty $15 million for Tropicana Square, a 69,400-square-foot neighborhood center anchored by Smith’s Food & Drug, on West Tropicana Avenue, in Las Vegas. Among the tenants there are Family Dollar, Pearle Vision and Supercuts. Cushman & Wakefield represented Weingarten.

• A private investor paid a private developer $8.3 million for a nearly 7,000-square-foot, multitenanted retail property in Baldwin Park, Calif., occupied by Chipotle, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Jersey Mike’s Subs and WaBa Grill. Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors handled the sale. Neither the buyer nor the seller was identified.

• Watumull Enterprises paid two local restaurateurs $5.2 million for Mountain View Plaza, a 26,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in Phoenix. SVN Desert Commercial Advisors brokered the deal.
