Transactions: Who’s paying how much for what

February 4, 2016

Merlone Geier Partners, of San Francisco, paid Decron Properties, of Los Angeles, $84.5 million for the 473,350-square-foot El Monte (Calif.) Shopping and Automotive Center, which includes a Lexus auto dealership.

A private investor paid $16 million for the Shoppes at the Royale, a Publix-anchored shopping center in St. Petersburg, Fla., owned by Halpern Enterprises, of Atlanta. 

Institutional Property Advisors sold the 229,140-square-foot River Valley Plaza, in Lancaster, Ohio, on behalf of an undisclosed Columbus, Ohio–based investor for $15.8 million to a Canadian investment group. Hobby LobbyTarget and T.J.Maxx are anchors.

Brixmor Real Estate sold the 125,250-square-foot Packard Plaza, in Cudahy, Wis., to a Boca Raton, Fla.–based investment group for $3 million. A Salvation Army store is set to open in a former Aldi space there.

A private partnership paid $2.6 million for Cedar Hills Shopping Center, a 19,800-square-foot property in Minnetonka, Minn.
