$115.3 million — Kimco Realty Corp. purchased the 850,000-square-foot Christown Spectrum power center in the Phoenix metro area from an undisclosed seller. Anchors include Wal-Mart Supercenter, Costco and SuperTarget. Kimco says this the only center in the U.S. to boast all three retailers.
$100 million — Primestor bought the 315,000-square-foot Panorama Mall, in Panorama City, Calif., from Macerich. Anchors include Walmart and La Curacao.
$70 million — CBRE Global Investors bought the Shops at Glen Pointe, a 143,500-square-foot shopping center in the Chicago suburb of Glenview that is anchored by Mariano’s Fresh Market from Chicago-based GlenStar Properties.
$42.7 million — GK Development acquired Lake Mead Crossing, a 407,000-square-foot center in Henderson, Nev., from Lake Mead Crossing, LLC . Target, Ross Dress for Less, Big Lots, Petsmart, Marshalls, Ulta and Staples anchor the center. Juliet Realty of Las Vegas will manage and lease the center.
$25.5 million — An affiliate of North American Development Group, of West Palm Beach, Fla., bought Courtyard at Countryside, a 132,200-square-foot shopping center in Clearwater, Fla., anchored by Kohl’s and Total Wine & More. The seller was Skylark Plaza LLC.
$5.1 million — An East Coast based developer sold two single-tenant, net-leased CVS stores in Charlotte, N.C., to a private investment fund.
$14.5 million — Yale Realty Services Corp., of West Harrison, N.Y., bought Waynesville (N.C.) Commons, a 126,900-square-foot shopping center whose tenants include Belk, Michaels and PetSmart. The seller was CBL & Associates Properties.
