The City Council approved plans to redevelop the former Haysland Square Shopping Center as Hays Farm Village Center, a mixed-use property with 200,000 square feet of retail, 50,000 square feet of offices, 200 apartments and 200 single-family home lots. WAAY

Eureka Springs, Ark.
A chef-turned-developer wants to spend about $10 million to convert the former Pine Mountain Village and the Pine Mountain Jamboree theater into a 40-acre mixed-use complex with an events center, restaurants and retailers, plus bike trails and cabins. Arkansas Democrat Gazette

Muhlenberg Township, Pa.
Hull Property Group says it plans to demolish the 400,000-square-foot Fairgrounds Square Mall, leaving anchors Boscov’s, Burlington, AMC Theaters, Planet Fitness and Super Shoes standing. The company will build mixed uses on the property later. WFMZ

Chattanooga, Tenn.
