WS Asset Management and MEC Lenox Associates plan to spend about $4 million to redevelop a former Price Chopper anchor store at the Center at Lenox into a multitenant complex with room for seven new stores. Simon wants to demolish Southridge Mall’s shuttered Boston Store anchor to make way for an indoor athletics complex.
