Fashion House Outlet Centre St. Petersburg opens

December 20, 2019

Shoppers, government notables and company execs cut a red ribbon to open Fashion House Outlet Centre St. Petersburg in Russia in time for holiday shopping. The first stage of the fully roofed center features more than 10,000 square meters of leasable area for brands like Guess, U.S. Polo Assn., Puma, Gecco and Quiksilver. Adidas, Reebok and Lacoste will open stores after Christmas.

The Fashion House Outlet Centre St. Petersburg is the sixth center from the Fashion House Group, headed by Brendon O’Reilly. St. Petersburg is the group's second Russia project, following an outlet opening in Moscow in 2013.

Construction for the second stage of the center, with a leasable area of 4,500 square meters, will start in the spring.

“In St. Petersburg, we have combined all the advantages of the Fashion House outlet center format — professional management, selection of high-quality tenants and an excellent standard of service” O’Reilly said. “I am convinced that all this — combined with a convenient location and a large, secure car park — will be appreciated by both locals and tourists.”
