Building a More Inclusive Marketplaces Industry

We recognize that our ability to serve our members and our organization is strengthened by working with and seeking out the views of people with different backgrounds, cultures and thinking styles. ICSC is committed to partnering with our members to build and sustain an industry of professionals that reflects the communities we serve. To uphold this, we continue to lead programs that foster inclusion and engagement for all.

Building a More Inclusive Marketplaces Industry

We’re committed to offering industry-wide opportunities for people from a wide array of backgrounds, perspectives and experiences and helping our members create cultures of inclusion   within their own organizations.

Our initiatives are designed to:

  • Engage a multitude of backgrounds, perspectives and experiences to deliver programs that are both relevant and responsive to the evolving needs of our industry
  • Identify tools and resources to help our member companies recruit and retain a workforce that is reflective of the communities we serve
  • Advance supplier inclusion through strategic partnerships and by offering a platform for all suppliers and vendors to compete and thrive within the Marketplaces Industry
