Merlone Geier Partners intends to convert the Capitola Mall into a mixed-use center comprising 600 housing units, some parks, several upscale restaurants and shops, and a cinema. Santa Barbara, Calif.

The 30-acre Riverview 14 GDX development, home to a 14-screen cinema, a Dunkin' Donuts, a Features Gastropub, a T-Mobile and a Zaxby's chicken restaurant will soon welcome a 124-room Extended Stay America hotel and a 10,400-square-foot, stand-alone Cracker Barrel restaurant. Patch
