ICSC accepts online applications on a year-round basis. In addition to basic demographic information, applicants must provide employment history, job descriptions, supervisor contacts and at least two industry references.
CRRP certification is accessible to all qualified professionals in the retail real estate industry regardless of ICSC membership status. However, ICSC member benefits include a significant discount off the standard application fee.
The non-refundable application processing fee for a candidate application is $95 for ICSC members and $195 for non-members. Exam appointment fees are $395 for members and $795 for non-members. The exam fee is fully refundable if a candidate is deemed ineligible. Both the application and exam appointment fee must be paid at the point of submission.
At no cost, you may reschedule your exam appointment within the same window if requested more than 30 days prior to the appointment. To reschedule, candidates must first notify ICSC (certification@icsc.com), and then contact Prometric directly (www.prometric.com/icsc). The following rescheduling policies and fees will apply:

| 5-29 days before appointment: | $50 per change (payable to Prometric) |
| Less than 5 days before appointment: | Changes cannot be processed |
Your certification exam window may be changed to another eligible window if requested at least 15 days before the original exam window.

| 0-14 days before appointment: | Changes cannot be processed |
To cancel an exam appointment, you must first do so through Prometric (www.prometric.com/icsc). Once confirmed, please submit a written cancellation request to ICSC (certification@icsc.com) at least 30 days prior to your exam window. Upon approval, a refund of the exam appointment fee minus a $50 administrative fee will be processed.
Applicants must select an exam window at the time of application. Upon approval, you will receive complete instructions to schedule an appointment on a date and time that fits your schedule. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis so be sure to apply early.

ICSC works in partnership with Prometric to ensure that test takers with unique needs have full and equal access to all programs and services. If you have a documented disability that would prevent you from taking the exam under standard conditions, you may request a reasonable accommodation. All test sites are accessible to candidates with disabilities. Applicants requesting accommodation on the basis of a learning disability must also submit a diagnosis of the disability corroborated by psychological testing.
Notice for existing CRX, CSM, CMD, CLS, CDP and SLD designees:
As of July 1, 2018, ICSC no longer tests or confers certifications for its CRX, CSM, CMD, CLS, CDP and SLD designations. Current certification(s) holders in good standing will not be impacted. Your certifications will be maintained without further testing or continuing education requirements.
