Melvin is a member of the McDonald’s Corporation, US Restaurant Development Leadership Team that helps executes the US strategic agenda. As a US Development Director, his role combines providing construction direction, executing program rollouts, strategic sourcing, and people development.
As a 19-year veteran with the company, Melvin began his career with McDonald’s Corporation in the Construction and Development Department. He was promoted to oversee construction for portions of seven states across the southeastern United States. In recent years, he has played a vital role supporting teams throughout the U.S. accelerating new development and modernization as part of the corporate initiative Bigger Bolder Vision. He is a recipient of McDonald’s Corporation President’s Award.
